Hello Everyone, Today I wanted to share with you some objective bases I did for 40k. I ended up painting these and giving them to a client to go with his army as a free thank you gift. I have made a set for myself and a set with Tyranid parts from Genestealer sprues out of Kill Team box for my local gaming store as additional thank you to them for doing commission work on some Kill Team sets for the store.
All you need is some spare 40mm round bases... of which I had a few from commission work not being used or pulled off models to put them on new GW type bases. Second some old 6 sided dice (the size you get with 40k games). You need 6 of them. Then odd and end bits. These were off a few Repulsor Tank sprues and what not. If you have been gaming awhile you can find bits that work. Glue them onto base. Make sure you purposely put dice numbers 1-6 on bases seen from top of course lol... and bam ready to go and paint up as you desire. I did colors so they don't blend in like terrain to the board and you can see them but that is my preference... like Red for example.
